History

0 Vira seeds life.

Vira, the one above all, turned her attention to the eons-long hostilities between the Elemental Lords. Seeing the potential in taming the Lords and ending their warrings, called the Tehom, she dispatched 100 of her agents, the Adomi, to manifest her will. With guile and might the Adomi ordered the eternally-clashing elements of the Tehom. Know their greatest triumphs:

Qim taught the peaceful and defenseless Lord Aether mastery of stealth.

Enes pacified the foul humor of Lord Earth, awakened his neglected intellect, and filled his head with thoughts other than the vengence against the other Lords he had thirsted for.

Ahim constrained the boastful Lord Radiance, and yeeted him, who now patrols the firmament, searching for... something.

Toci tricked Lord Water to spread out across Lord Earth, diluting Water's own power, and further soothing Earth.

Neena presented as a kindred to Lord Air, and stationed avatars of Lord Air at the four compass points.

Sam, commanding malaethium magics, banished the supremely destructive Lord Lightning to the occult womb of the Tehom, only to be rebirthed in slivers, on the mating of air and water.

Saidi moved the heart of Lord Time to cherish rhythm and constancy.

Zwi donned a fearsom mein and frightened Lord Void to beyond the Tehom.

And so did the Adomi reshape the Tehom, becoming Tirron.

With the Lords justly ordered, Vira spoke the Word Of Binding, rooting the Lords in their new stations.

Vira next the Green Word, calling forth plant life in Water and on Earth, and the Silent Green Word, calling forth the Kami in the Aether.

Vira next spoke the Red Word, calling forth animal life in Water and on Earth, and the Silent Red Word, calling forth the Totems in the Aether.

Vira next spoke the Silent White Word, calling forth the Jak in the Aether.

The Dragon Force, forever meddling in the works of Vira, delighted to find a new theatre of mischief in Tirron.

With our Kin on their feet, the Admoni took their place among the constellations.

- An Wensu, the accounting of Tirron from Zuir Purri. Much is left unaccounted, and the accountings of a Lord Magnus and a Lord Gravitus are not understood.
68 The wizard who shook the world.
And brought metal to us all.
71 Tae and Lan burn the sky.
The embers remain. We call them stars.

Life in Tirron

Lycanthropy
Lycanthropy is caused by a diseased portion of a totem spirit (almost always of predatory animals, but there was a case of butterfly lycanthropy, which delighted the children but terrifed the parents that their kids ended up in such a fragile state) breaking away from the primary totem, and with a passion for posessing material beings. A lycanthropic curse attaches to a tribe as opposed to indivduals, although the last afflicted individual is slightly more likely to become the next victim.
Giants

Cannot commune with totem spirits or ancestors, but can commune with thier own living kind.

Have always existed at the impossible borders/Limits.
