MW4 Monitor description
MW4-Monitor commands
The monitor has 2 main command interfaces:
Game chat commands.
Telnet commands.

Game chat commands
Chat commands are simply chat messages written in the public chat and
starting with '-' (minus) character. Those commands are divided in public,
votes and admin commands.
Public commands, available to everybody:
-help, -infoPrints in public chat a small, admin defined, help text.
-hi, -helloMakes the bot greet you.
-tipPrints a random, admin defined, tip.
-list maps, -list missionsPrints a list of voteable missions, you
have to use map names exactly as listed to vote them.
-list playersPrints a list of all players with their PlayerId.

Votes, available to everybody:
-vote disableStarts a vote to disable bot taunts.
-vote enableStarts a vote to enable bot taunts.
-vote map "mapname",
-vote mission "mapname"Starts a vote to change map, note that the
map name must be one of that listed by the "-list maps" command and
enclosed in " ". The quotes can be omitted only if the map name does
not contain spaces or symbols.
Example: -vote map "ColiseumTB"
-vote stop map,
-vote stop missionStarts a vote to stop current map and start the
next one.
-vote start map,
-vote start missionStarts a vote to start the currently selected
map, this vote is possible in tournament mode only.
-vote kick "playername",
-vote kick <playerId>Starts a vote to kick a player (by name or by
ID). The quotes can be omitted only if the map name does not contain
spaces or symbols.
-vote admin "playername"Starts a vote to make a public admin.
-vote tournament on&#124;offStarts a vote to start/stop the tournament
mode.
-vote yes, -yesLets you vote yes on the running vote. Once cast a
vote cannot be changed.
-vote no, -noLets you vote no on the running vote. Once cast a vote
cannot be changed.

Admin commands, available to public admins only:
-disableDisables the bot.
-enableEnables the bot.
-map "mapname"Changes the map. The quotes can be omitted only if the
map name does not contain spaces or symbols.
-start map, -start missionStarts the currently selected map, this
command is only possible in tournament mode.
-stop map, -stop missionStops current map.
-kick "playername",
-kick <playerId>Kicks the specified player (by name or by ID). The
quotes can be omitted only if the map name does not contain spaces
or symbols.
-ban "playername",
-ban <playerId>Bans the specified player (by name or by ID). The
quotes can be omitted only if the map name does not contain spaces
or symbols.
-tournament on&#124;offStarts or stops the tournament mode.

Used on many servers, not sure if its bundled into the main program by now...

This DLL enhances the MW4 Monitor with new commands and allows to define new
custom chat commands.

*** Features ***

New chat commands:
-balance Prints the teams balance as both numbers of players and tonnage.
The tonnage only prints the number of players when the game is
forming, when in game it prints both the number of players and
the team tonnage.
-declaration
-dropdec Prints a NBT-style drop declaration (why have to type it? lol).
This command only works at mission running and if typed when
in game.
-rats Lists all the server rats, this command works only when the
mission is running.
-kickrats Admin command only, it writes a warning message and then starts
a timer, when the timer elapses all the lobby rats are kicked.
This command only works if the mission is running. This command
should be enabled on respawn and WNR servers only, it is not
useful in CNR.

The DLL also allows to define custom commands by editing the file
ExtraCommands.ini. Some predefined custom commands are inserted as example:
-puretech Prints a description of puretech.
-mixtech Prints a description of mixtech.
-mymech Prints the player's mech and tonnage.
-myscore Prints a summary of kills/deaths/suicides for the player.
-online Prints the player online time.
-fairplay Asks to even the teams.
-name Prints the server name.
-<mechname> Mech description.
Note that you can modify or erase those commands or add new commands, look
inside ExtraCommands.ini for documentation.

Another option is to define custom votes, the following fun votes are
predefined:
-vote n00b "name" Starts a vote to declare "name" a n00b.
-vote boring Starts a vote to declare the current mission boring,
useful when there is too much camping going on.
-vote ace "name" Starts a vote to declare "name" an ace pilot.
