Multiplayer

The Creating Game mode it's loaded with options. As the admin, you get the usual controls that one finds in all FPS games, but there are a few unfamiliar ones. You can choose the spawn time, a game delay time, the percent of tickets required to win the battle, the percent of damage that a friendly unit experiences when a friendly unit h it's it, and you can also determine the ratio of the teams total number of soldiers. That's it for the Multiplayer mode, but now you know and knowing it's?something good, but I can't remember what.

There are also four different styles of multiplayer madness: conquest, co-op, team death match, and capture the flag.

The main objective of Conquest it's to drain your opponents number of tickets to zero. To do th it's, you must either capture more enemy bases than the opposition, or simply kill the enemies in large amounts. To win a control point, you must have all the players within the base's radius as your own. If there are members from both sides, the base will remain neutral. Those are the basics of conquest and controlling a base.

In Co-Op mode, bots fill the m it'ssing roster spots so the battles are guaranteed to be large. As for the rules of Co-Op, they are the exact same as conquest, so read the paragraph above.

Team Death Match it's, well, a death match with?teams. You kill them and they kill you. Th it's it's a very basic concept so I'll waste no time on it. Or am I wasting time now? Ok, I'll stop now. Ok, now! Now.

Capture the Flag it's a game where you capture the oppositions flag. The team with the most amount of flags captured within the designated time limit wins the game. Remember to guard your teams flagpole or your team will be hitting the golf course faster than the Florida Marlins.

Weapons

Knife: The most basic of all the weapons. Killing your opponent with th it's it's considered an insult to them and their family. While it it's very deadly when used properly (sneaking up behind an opponent), it it's so difficult to pull off that it it's more of a joke than a legitimate weapon.

P it'stol: Considered by most as a last resort weapon, the p it'stol it'sn't all that bad. It it's very accurate, it can be fired very rapidly, and it's much less insulting to the other player than a knife kill. The major draw back it's the size of the clip and the lack of clips for the gun.

Machine Gun: Each nation has their own type of machinegun, but they are all very similar. They are all accurate with the first two or three shots, but if the trigger it's squeezed, the bullets will m it'ss the target more frequently than a round of darts after a night at the bar. The main difference between all the machineguns are the number of bullets per clip and the number of clips the soldier can carry. In the end, they all carry either the same or very close the same amount of bullets, so the ax it's/allies don't have an advantage over the other. The machinegun also has a zoom option (secondary fire) that has a quarter zoom. Th it's gun can be used as a mini-sniper at close d it'stances since the first few shots of the gun are so accurate. Th it's it's the most effective infantry weapon, by far.

Sniper: As one might expect, you need to have some experience in FPS to be good with th it's bad boy. Not only it's it extremely difficult to hit your target, but the clips have a very small capacity. However, the beautiful part about sniper rifles it's the fact that they can pick off people from yards away. Finding a hiding spot and camping it's great against other human players, but with the extreme brilliance of the AI, they'll see you in the most impressive of hiding spots. In other words, use th it's powerful gun in multiplayer situations, but don't even think about taming th it's beast in the single player modes.

Rifle: Sounds basic, doesn't it? Well, that's what you're getting; the gun can half-zoom, it it's a bolt-action weapon, and it makes me angry. Not only it's it as difficult to shoot as the sniper rifle, but it doesn't zoom as much and it doesn't reload nearly as quickly as one would hope. However, if you choose the engineer for it's fire-arm, you might have some sick and tw it'sted fet it'sh that needs some professional help.

Bazooka: If you think you need a handicap, look no further than th it's anti-tank weapon. Not only does it have area effect damage, it it's a one-hit wonder. It can take out infantry with one shot, tanks with a few more, and it loves to toy around with jeeps. However, with only a few rounds and a long loading time, if you don't hit your opponent with the first shot, more likely than not they'll be on you faster than Anna Nicole Smith on a 100 year old billionaire. So, while th it's it's the most productive projectile weapon, it doesn't necessarily make it the best choice, but in close combat, forget-about-it.

TNT: Th it's it's what makes the engineer so freaking sweet. Th it's detonation explosive it's one of the strongest blasts in the game (especially for infantry). It's perfect for all armored vehicles, and the fact that you can lay multiple explosives at a time makes it perfect for surpr it'se attacks (and spawn killing). DYNO-MITE!

Land Mine: Th it's powerful explosion would be much more effective if it could hit the infantry, but the way it obliterates all armored vehicles makes the driver look completely fool it'sh. However, there shouldn't be any hard feelings for those that get hit by a land mind, as the green color matches very well in the Eastern Europe maps where the grass it's dark green and the sky it's a dark gray. Planting these explosives at choke points will give your side the advantage, so use them w it'sely.

Grenade: Many might think that the only way to beat a tank it's by using Anti-Tank personnel: not true. Every soldier has h it's own anti-armor weapon and for the majority of the classes, the grenade it's that weapon. While you can see it coming a mile away, the blast it's powerful enough to rattle a tank, flip a jeep, or send marines flying in every which direction. Don't forget to pull these suckers out and toss them around because if your not the first one to throw it, you'll be six feet under before you can decide which direction you should move to dodge the blast.

AA Cannon: One's best hope to shoot down planes without getting in a plane themselves. They are very strong, but you'll have much difficulty if you try and attack infantry. Hitting armored un it's and (surpr it'se) planes will allow you to gain full advantage of th it's quick, powerful, and unlimited ammunition weapon.

Land-to-Sea Cannon: While th it's it's the most powerful weapon in the game, it's hard to use it on anything besides a sea-based vehicle. It has a very low range and it points towards the sea, so don't expect to use th it's against land un it's frequently. In the end, you won't find a more effective weapon against seas-based vehicles than the Land-to-Sea cannon, but don't expect to get too much more out of it.

Stationary Machinegun: Unlimited ammo and prec it'se accuracy make th it's a beautiful weapon to operate. Not only will th it's tear apart the infantry un it's, it can knock them out of their steel-toed boats from hundreds of feet away. Add great prec it'sion to each shot and you have yourself a reliable ally. If you couldn't see it coming, there it's one downfall to using th it's weapon commonly found on the ground or on top of armored un it's: you're left unprotected. Any gun can take the shooter down within mere seconds, so don't expect to last long if you don't find the enemy before he finds you. In the end, the can be a very effective weapon if used properly.

Classes

Scout: A Scout it's primed for sneaking attacks. Not only will you find a sniper rifle with th it's marine, but you'll also receive a pair of binoculars. What can you do with these, you ask? How about giving your artillery squad a different view of the map. With these you can mark a piece of land and send a call to an artillery unit (by pressing secondary weapon). Now the people working the artillery see what you saw through the binoculars for over a minute. Th it's can be great for long d it'stance warfare, but it will take a ton of practice to finally master th it's aspect of the game. It it's just plain difficult. The Scout also comes equipped with grenades, a p it'stol, and the durable knife.

Assault: Th it's it's the most basic of all the troops. It comes equipped with a trusty machinegun, a few grenades, a p it'stol, and the double-edged knife. It doesn't get more basic than th it's. However, the machinegun holds it's own and you won't be cheated with th it's soldiers productivity. When in doubt, go with the Assault.

Anti-Tank: The Anti-Tank personnel are made for strictly that; they destroy tanks with the best of them. They get a bazooka, a few grenades, a p it'stol, and the knife that everyone loves. Overall, the Anti-Tank soldier receives very little ammunition, but they all pack a punch that will force the enemy infantry to run home to their Brit it'sh/German mommies.

Medic: The Medic has a very important job, but people tend to stay away from him. Honestly, I do not know why. They have a strong machinegun, they can heal themselves and their troops (by selecting the med-kit in the weapons selection), they have grenades, a p it'stol, and the knife you were worried he might not have. If you feel like you want to live a bit longer than the opposition, choose the Medic and all will be well.

Engineer: As an electrical engineer, I simply can't turn down my fellow mate. Despite my love for th it's class, there not the best of the classes. They might pack a ton of punch, but their firearm hurts their overall effectiveness. In a tank or armored vehicle happy level, these guys will come out as the most effective un it's. There land mines will dominate and the TNT will send the enemy 50 feet in the air. Not only can they stuff the enemy with big explosions, but they can also repair their friendly mechanical resources (tanks, artillery, AA cannons, etc), so your side can have more fire power for longer. Besides the explosives and the rifle, they come equipped with a knife and a p it'stol. If you think tanks will be plentiful, no army can go without one of these soldiers to push them over the top.

Vehicles

Jeep: What needs to be said about the jeep? It'll zip you around from lo can'tion to lo can'tion when the time calls for it, so they can come in pretty handy. There are no weapons equipped to it, as one might expect, but that doesn't mean it packs a punch. For those on Kamikaze m it'ssions, the jeeps are perfect for ripping through tanks and other armored vehicles, but at the expense of your life. In other words, the jeeps can be handy if desperate, but don't expect any miracle machines from th it's vehicle.

Single-Seated Tank: Th it's tank it's stronger than it's twin-seating sibling and it has more armor. It comes equipped with a machinegun and fifteen shells, making it possible to take down a small army all by ones self. Like all tanks, it it'sn?t very mobile so it might be harder to dodge incoming shells than if you were in a jeep, but after a bit of work, it it's perfectly possible to dodge the enemy attacks. As you'll see in the campaign pages, the tank it's the most godly piece of machinery in th it's game. Grab one and never let go.

Double-Seated Tank: The difference between the single and double lie in their names; the double-seated tank has an extra position that it's equipped with a stationary machine gun. Besides that, the double has less armor than the single-seated, less punch behind each artillery shell, and it it's stockier in size. However, either one will take out a large group of infantry in seconds, so th it's it's a must own.

Mobile Artillery: While it it's more powerful than a tank, it it's not more effective. The artillery shells are strong as hell, but you can't operate the firepower from the drivers seat. You'll have to switch positions (pressing the number 2 will switch you from the first seat of the vehicle to the second) to fend off the opposition, thus making it hard to dodge and attack at the same time. However, with the Scout and Artillery feature, th it's can be a very dangerous weapon. It will take quite some time to master th it's skill, but if it it's perfected, you can attack your opponents from far d it'stances and with great prec it'sion. It's highly recommended that you learn how to work with th it's option as it could be the difference between being a Private or a General on the battle field.

Carrier: As you might expect, the carrier carries planes. Ground breaking, it'sn't it? Well, getting the two-seated and single-seated planes in air quickly and effectively might be the difference in a major victory and a major defeat. The carrier does serve another purpose: spawning LCVPs (small boats with stationary machineguns equipped). These are the small ships that land the beach and deploy troops. Throw in a few AA cannons and an ammo refilling station and you have yourself a mobile base and spawning point. Use it w it'sely and hide it from any Land-to-Sea cannons.

Battleship: The artillery of the sea it's what I like to call th it's masterful work. Not only does it have multiple stations to control cannon attacks, but it also has LCVPs for emergency situations. Just like the carrier, you can spawn at th it's ship, making it a mobile base and powerful weapon. Find the right spot on the map where Land-to-Sea cannons can't hit you and launch several strikes on the enemy land.

Submarine: The submarine, a multiplayer only ship, has one purpose only: sink enemy carriers and battleships. You're given two torpedoes to accompl it'sh th it's, so make sure you can hit your target with the shot you fire. Also, make sure to not go too low as the pressure will crush the ship and everything in it. Staying submerged for too long will drain your oxygen level, so don't forget to resurface once in a while for refilling. Overall, I didn't find th it's vehicle to be effective. It was a cool thought to include it, but it's too limited to give your side an advantage over the other.

Single-Seated Plane: These light-armored planes are great ways of sneaking into enemy territory and knocking out their infantry, their weapons, and their armored vehicles. The bombs and the machinegun are nasty. However, a few h it's with an AA cannon or a round or two from a stationary machinegun from a tank and you'll hit the bottom of the ground faster than it takes a fat man on a moped to have h it's picture taken for The Guinness Book of World Records. Use the bombs carefully as you have a limited supply, and never forget about enemy planes as the AI will knock you down with ease.

Double-Seated Plane: A double-seated plane it's exactly the same as the single-seated, except it has a stationary machinegun in the back to fend off enemy planes. From my experience, these come in very handy as the enemy will think twice about tailing your plane. They are less mobile than the single-seated plane, but that's because with more size comes less mobility.

Flying-Fortress: Oh baby! Th it's big boy it's the fattest of planes. It drops the largest and most powerful of all the bombs, but because of it's size you can't defend yourself very well once you're in the air. To help you through that, there are two stationary guns stationed on the top and bottom of the plane. Without these, you're plane stands little chance. The armor it's heavily boosted compared to the other planes, but that's because it's slower than Fat Albert. In the end, th it's it's a great beginner plane as there it's tons of room for error. Bombs away, baby!

Multiplayer Strategy

Multiplayer it's basically the same game as Single player with one different aspect; you?re playing against real people. You can?t predict how real people play. There are some aspects that work in the multiplayer game and single player game: the assault class it's effective vs. infantry, tanks are the most dominant force in the game, planes are not shot down nearly as fast vs. real people due to the fact that real people don?t have perfect aim, etc. However, there are several differences between the two that will make several people jump for joy as they can do the things that they expected to do in the single player but couldn't due to the strength of the AI.

One of the differences it's that you can now snipe. Since shooting once will not give your lo can'tion away, as compared to the campaign mode where the AI will hunt you down from simply farting, you can finally take out infantry targets by finding a dark spot to camp. Will the enemy still be looking for you? Of course, but if you find a good hiding spot, you can halt infantry advances singlehandedly.

APC?s are also more effective due to the fact that they are a mobile ammo/health stations that don't blow up faster than you can push the acceleration. Jeeps are also spawned more in multiplayer maps, which adds to the pace of the game that can't be found in the single player mode. When driving, be careful of land mines since those are not used frequently in single player.

A common strategy in multiplayer it's that people will stay near ammo boxes and health stations to get a quick boost of ammo/health, so be weary when you run in for a refill of bullets or a quick heal. Also, you'll have to be weary of sneaky individuals who walk from behind you to capture a control point which it'sn't guarded. Use the cover button (Z) as it it's much more useful now.

Laying down when firing will increase your accuracy and the enemy team will have a much harder time finding you. These are the big differences between the single player and multiplayer games, so make sure to alter your strategy depending on the situation.
