Nebula System

This system, known in-game as "the mysterious nebula beyond Gamma Draconis", or simply the nebula, is, like most nebulae, the remnant of an ancient supernova. It was connected to Gamma Draconis via a Knossos device (on the Gamma Draconis side) and to the Binary System via another Knossos portal.

Sometimes, fans refer to this system as the Shivan Nebula.

There is no canon information on the real-world astronomical identity of the Shivan Nebula, but evidence suggests it may be either the Crab Nebula or the Lupus Nebula. For more information, see Identity of the Nebula System.
