End User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing PCC’07 for rFactor you accept this EULA. Therefore please read this agreement thoroughly before installing. 

PCC’07 is a modification for rFactor. To install PCC’07 you will need approximately 870MB of free space on your hard disk. 


LICENCING AND PROPERTY:
-----------------------
The PCC’07 will not be sold and is not licensed. The PCC’07 for rFactor is property of the authors of the German Sim Mod Foundation and is protected by the laws for protection of intellectual property and by all national and international copyright agreements.
Any offence against these rights can result in civil or criminal charges. 
Any offence against this agreement is not only being seen as a breach of this EULA, but also as an offence against national and international copyright
If the agreement is not being honored by the user, we reserve ourselves legal steps.


USER RIGHTS:

This EULA guarantees the user the following, not exclusive, Rights:

Install and use of this modification on local and / or network computers. 

The providing of a backup copy and / or, the free distributing of this modification are permitted. The further spread of the software may not take place on the basis of realization of profits.

The changing of textures and audio files, contained in the PCC'07 for rFactor, is permitted.


RESTRICTIONS:

The user is forbidden to modify parts of the software, which were not included in the user rights, and parts of the manual without the knowledge of the authors and bring this in circulation or to provide derivatives of this product 
The user is forbidden to publish the software under own license. The selling, letting out or any other commercial utilization of this software or part of this software is strongly forbidden.


WARRANTY / GUARANTEE LINE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

THE USE TAKES PLACE ON YOUR OWN RISK. THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE DEPENDS ON THE SKILLS OF THE USER. SHOULD THE USER NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE SOFTWARE, THE GERMAN SIM MOD FOUNDATION OR THE AUTHORS CANNOT BE MADE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AND ANY DAMAGES. 


AUTHORISED LAW:

THE LAW OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY APPLIES. THE APPLICATION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE AGREEMENTS AND REGULATIONS IS EXCLUDED.
