The fireworks stand

When you reach the T intersection on the border of Seagraves, Taurus will tell you to find the Red Deacon fireworks stand. Turn south on the road into town. Past the first intersection, you’ll see the stand (it’s hard to miss - it says "FIREWORKS" in big red letters). Fire at the shack with your 30 cal until it explodes. Drive back along the road to meet up with Taurus.

The Wagon Wheel Diner

After you blow up the shack, you’ll get a distress call from the Wagon Wheel Diner. Follow Taurus north until you see the diner. There are three creepers attacking it. Taurus will immediately attack the red-and-white Coupe. Switch between targeting and firing upon the other two cars, trying to draw their fire while Taurus does his magic. If you can take out one of the creepers, it’ll make things a little easier in the long run, but your main objective is to keep them from destroying the diner. Once Taurus destroys his target (code named "Mr. French"), the other two creepers will head south along 385 to Seagraves.
