U.K. Campaign: Battleship Tirpitz

Pegasus Bridge - Night Pegasus Bridge - Day Eder Dam Truckride Airfield Escape Battleship Tirpitz

When next you see Captain Price and Sergeant Winters they're dressed as German officers. You're on a boat, one you've just lifted from a couple of Nazis. Your daring final mission for Britain is the sabotage of a Nazi battleship in icy Norwegian waters.

Objective 1: Board the German Battleship Tirpitz
This one's easy. Stand and watch as the cut-scene unfolds.

Objective 2: Locate the ship's armory
This one's a little harder. Follow Captain Price down to the ships armory. You can't attack anyone, so it's pretty tough to ruin your disguise.

Objective 3: Retrieve the explosives from the armory
Once Captain Price has aced two Nazis, it's time to get some action. Head into the armory and grab weapons and the flashing explosives. A short objective, but so satisfying.

Objective 4: Plant the explosives on the ship's boilers (4)
This is a very straightforward objective. Follow the narrow corridors. There are plenty of Nazis waiting, but a good shooter can take them out no problem. Most of the time, Nazis stand at the smoky end of a hall and fire at you. Use the Kar98k to pick them off. Patience works here. Look for small inlets in the corridors you can use as cover, then lean and fire. You'll see a pair of flashing markers in one hallway. Plant explosives in each, then continue on until you find the second pair. Plant those and you're one step closer to going home. There's still more to do, however.

Objective 5: Destroy the anti-air radar electronics near the bridge (3)
Your MP40 will do you better service for this part, though feel free to switch to the Kar98k anytime you have a chance to pick off some enemies. Head into the next room and some enemies will attack from down the hall. Kill them and head that way. You need to get up to the bridge and there just happens to be some stairs down that path. Head up to the main deck, killing everything that moves.

The first room you are in upstairs will be your home for the next firefight. A lot of things are moving out there, so be patient. There are two Nazis at the very top tower (there is a lower tier and one above it), but you may only see one at a time. At the same time, there are several baddies who try and flush you out from both the left and the right. You can take them down with either of your guns, but listen carefully, as sometimes they will try and storm one side of the room. If you hear footsteps approaching, switch to the MP40 and get ready for a close fight. More Nazis will come, so stay put and do your business.

When no more come out of hiding (wait a good minute) head to the right. Go through the door and make your way up the stairs, fighting baddies as you go. You'll hit a room with a flashing 6-foot high cabinet. Shoot it. Move to the next room and destroy that machine. The last is up in the bridge. Keep heading up stairs. The Captain is waiting in the bridge, so make sure he gets something that's worth the wait. Kill any goons peering through the windows.

Objective 6: Retrieve the naval patrol logs
Look for the small table with the flashing documents. Grab 'em and make with the escape.

Objective 7: Return to Sergeant Winters at the patrol boat
It's time to head back the way you came. You were paying attention, weren't you? Head down the stairs and down and down and down. When you get to the bottom, you'll have a choice to go straight or right. Head right. Follow the Objective Marker. Get ready for more fights in the corridor, but you can handle them by now. Fight until you reach the outside. There's a baddie up above, to the right. Focus on him first. You need to head right and find the stairs. Take that down and then follow the Objective Marker down to the boat. Along the way you'll run into more soldiers. There's plenty of cover here, so use it often and take them all down. You'll eventually hit an obstruction that you'll need to hop over. Do so with the Space Bar and get down to the boat.

It looks like Captain Price didn't make it. That's a bloody shame, but the war goes on. Sadly you don't get to see the explosive go off, but at least you get some satisfaction in knowing the Nazis got a messy goodbye on your way out.

That's it for the United Kingdoms Campaign, congrats!
