11. Bring Alric forward to the northeast, where Soulblighter and a group of Myrkridia await. After a short conversation, he retreats. MAP 12. Allow Alric to hack away at the Myrkridia. Many will probably get by Alric and go after your troops to the rear. The automated troops will move forward to soften up the charging Myrkridia. Your melee troops will mop up when the enemies finally arrive at their guard line. Make sure Alric survives this and all attacks. MAP MAP 14. Climb the hill to follow Soulblighter. MAP 15. When you come to a long, thin hill, set your Bowmen on high. Rush a Berserk first to draw in the Wights surrounding Soulblighter. Don't go too far or you will attract the attention of the Fallen Lord himself. If you retreat, however, so will he. MAP 16. Send Alric forward to get the attention of a pack of Myrkridia. Draw them back toward your Bowmen and Dwarves and finish them off with Alric and Balmung. MAP 17. Advance slowly, keeping an eye out for Mahir. You will know when you see one if you spot a shadow gliding across the floor. Line up your Bowmen as the canyon wall turns to the northeast and send out a pair of Berserks to lure in Mahir. When you get one on the hook, run parallel to the Bowmen and let the Mahir catch your Berserk. While it drains some life out of him, the Mahir will become visible and open to attack. A few arrows should finish him. There will be many of these creatures lurking around Soulblighter, so be on the watch. MAP 18. Once the Mahir are dead, send Alric to approach Soulblighter. After another face-off, Soulblighter will flee wildly and the level will end. MAP |
