Briefing: Commander Gastovski, on this mission your task is to sabotage a number of tanks being serviced at a depot near the village of Levie. Slip in unnoticed, avoiding the ground and air defenses, and you should be able to catch them napping. You will emerge from the woods at grid reference Ga61.

Objectives: Infiltrate the enemy depot at Fi67. Destroy at least one tank. Try to destroy more. Escape to the woods to the south and meet up with our resistance contact (located at grid location Fj71). Optional: There's a small ammo dump at Levie (located at grid location Fj72). It would be good to put this out of action.

You're all alone on this mission, but the dark cover of night should provide extra protection against any Russian patrols. Remain prone and out of the enemy's line of sight, and you will likely not be detected. When the mission begins, proceed directly west to the road. Ignore the passing jeep, and once you reach the road, turn south and run along the side of the road toward Levie.

Try to remain stealthy but use long-range attacks should you need to use force.

The mission's optional objective arrives first. You can place a satchel charge near the ammo dump in Levie and blow apart the ammo to complete the objective. Beware of patrols on the northern edge of Levie. You can take them out with your HK if you wish. Remain prone and make sure you have a good shot on all soldiers before taking out the first one. There's also a patrolling vehicle. Hang to the west around the buildings in Levie and remain out of sight.

Approach the enemy depot at Fi67 from the forest at Fi64. There's a perimeter patrol inside the depot, and they'll spot you if you aren't careful. Once the depot alarm goes off, you're ordered to immediately proceed to the meeting point--so avoid those patrols! Move inside the forest around to the south and approach the depot headed directly at the row of tanks at the far side. You may see the perimeter patrol moving to the left here. Allow them to move out of view, then get prone and crawl up behind the tanks.

Maneuver to the southern end of the depot and away from the Russian patrols.

Place your satchel charges near the tanks. Once you have exhausted your supply, turn around and crawl back to the forest and hill to your previous position. There's no rush to detonate the charges. Make sure you are far enough away (crawl over a hill or two) before you blow apart the tanks. If you detonate them too soon, the enemy may have a shot at you. Proceed to the meeting point (designated on the overhead map and the game screen) after blowing apart the tanks.

Guardian--NATO Camp in La Pessagna

Briefing: Malden has almost been retaken, Lieutenant, but pockets of enemy resistance remain. Your orders are to escort a supply convoy from La Pessagna to the air base at the north end of the island. These supplies will be vital for our planned invasion of Everon. Your call sign is Alpha. You begin at La Pessagna (located at grid location Cd50) at 08:55. The convoy is due to reach you in one minute.

Objectives: When you radio the convoy with the order to move, it will set off for this crossroads (located at grid location Dg48). Upon your arrival it will stop and await further instructions. If you choose the northern route, the convoy will reach another crossroads (located at grid location Di32) and will again await your orders. Protect the convoy at all costs. At least part of it must reach the airport (located at grid location Gd23) at the northern end of Malden. Finally, report in with your unit to the officer at the airport.

Protecting the convoy isn't easy. Don't hesitate to order them to halt as you clear an upcoming section of road.

Order your squad to assume control of the M113 while you drive the HMMWV. Alternatively, you can assume command of the M113 and place your squad inside. The convoy should arrive as you board the M113 and HMMWV. Your first trek down the road takes you through Arudy as you press forward toward the first crossroads. Keep the M113 in the front of the pack and don't hesitate to order the convoy to stop if there are dangerous soldiers ahead (particularly RPG soldiers). Run them over with your HMMWV if necessary!

When you reach the first crossroads, the convoy stops and waits for orders. You can choose the northern route (by turning left) or the southern route (by turning right). Take the southern route; it appears to be the safer, though longer, route (though as with most missions, Operation Flashpoint is ever changing, and you should expect the unexpected). Keep the M113 in front to tackle any Russian soldiers along the road. Complete the mission by escorting at least part of the convoy to the north end of the island.
