One of your Journeymen must live to retrieve it. Walk-through 1. Your first sight upon entering these dark catacombs is a chilling one. Below your starting position on a high ramp, you witness a battle between ghostly Berserks, Bowmen, and Myrkridia. As the battle ends, some of the Myrkridia will rush toward you - hold your forces in their position and the ghosts will disappear before you make contact. No point in taking unnecessary damage now. MAP 2. Two things to remember about the apparitions you will see here. First, when they fight each other, stay out of the way. Second, just because a unit is friendly in real life, doesn't mean his ghost is. Hence, you will have to battle with some very familiar ghosts. 3. Descend the ramp and swing your Berserks to the south, toward the ramp with a Spider insignia on it. Stop in the doorway leading to this ramp. If you have gone far enough, you will be attacked by a line of Bowmen. Retreat immediately to the safety of the ramp. A gang of Myrkridia will attack these ghostly Bowmen and then come for you when they're done. Be ready to bomb them as they approach. MAP 4. Bring all your forces through the southern doorway and position them near the Spider ramp. Doing this will bring on another Myrkridia team. Retreat to the starting room and take care of this threat. MAP 5. Proceed safely into the Spider Ramp room and turn east. As the path narrows, set up in guarding formations and send your Berserks around the corner and northeast where Bowman crossfire and some nasty Dwarves await. The Dwarves will follow you, so lead them back to your own surly bombardiers. MAP 6. Bring your Bowmen and Berserks forward to deal with the ghostly Bowmen. MAP |
