13. Free the imprisoned Berserks in the first cell and then fight your way east. The final cell on this southern wall contains the crystal you will need to release the Deceiver. Any unit can pick it up. MAP 14. Return west now and leave this room the way you came. MAP 15. Northeast of you is the Deceiver, imprisoned in a tower surrounded by Stygian Knights. Set up a Satchel Charge Trap and coax the Knights into attacking you by running a single Berserk at them. When they give chase, it's Dwarves-away! MAP 16. Place the crystal by approaching the tower with it. MAP 17. Once the Deceiver is released, he will make a beeline for Soulblighter; follow him closely as he heads west. MAP 18. After a spirited exchange, the Deceiver will rain down lighting upon Soulblighter who, heavily damaged, will transform into a murder of crows and make his escape. As the murder wings away, the Deceiver fires one more blast, killing one of the birds. This, he later claims, will rob Soulblighter of his ability to transform and escape in the future. MAP 19. The remaining Dark forces will now descend upon you. Bring your troops forward and finish the job. MAP 20. Now you have a choice to make. You may follow the Deceiver as he exits west, or you may go in search of an extra exit that leads to a secret level. If you follow the Deceiver, the level will end and you will proceed to Level 22. MAP 21. If, on the other hand, you seek the secret level, move your troops north. The first cell along the wall contains nothing but Wights, so probably no need to bother. Unless you'd love to see one hell of a Wight explosion. Note that the friendly troops in the next cell will give you a clue about the location of the secret level if you needed it. MAP 22. When you reach the northeastern corner of the map, you will see a steep incline leading to the north. Climb it and find yourself the lucky recipient of a secret level.
