Monsters
Below is a rundown of the monsters you will be fighting against in FHI.
Demon Nali
Once remembered as peaceful creatures of Na Pali, the Nali you'll be fighting have gone under rigorous mind control techniques and now do the bidding of the Skaarj race.
Can summon fireballs and teleport.
Centonio
Specially-engineered robots designed for close quarters combat with spread-shot weapons.
Attacks with a Quadshot rifle (very deadly at close range)
Spider
The robotic equivalent of rodents, making the Pupae superfluous. The Skaarj certainly seem to think so.
Scurries quickly along the floor and jumps to attack its prey. Can occasionally land on a player's head and will have to be "forcibly removed".
Clavi
Spiked balls that can cloak themselves and only become detectable either by radar or spectrometer goggles. When they are within range of a player, they will uncloak and constantly ram the victim until dead.
Can become invisible and do serious damage if allowed to come into contact.
Jaghra
Disgusting creatures that replaced the Krall as the slave race dominated by the Skaarj. Similar to the Centonio robots, they are considered useful in close combat situations.
Armed with a Flak Cannon.
Trogg
The Skaarj at the lowest of the pecking order: the footsoldiers of the Skaarj wars.
Incredibly fast movement, attacks only with claws.
Leatherface
Chainsaw-wielding mutants! You would be well advised to keep your distance, as not only are these brainwashed soldiers fast, they can hack you to pieces within a second if you linger.
Moves very fast, can kill the casual player very quickly.
Pyro
Female soldiers with a "fiery" temper. Inbetween shouting obsceneties at players, they enjoy setting them alight.
They move fairly slowly but can "spam" the Flamethrower to block player vision, making them difficult to hit.
Solid Shot Marksman
Veteran marksmen of the Sangria Tribe brainwashed into serving the Skaarj army. Very deadly with a sniper rifle.
They rarely move, but their strength is apparent with long-distance combat.
Guardian
Rejects of the "Xan Recreation Project," these robots are angry and desperate to exact violence to the world that abandoned them.
They have a slow movement speed, but can quickly diminish a player's health with their rocket launchers.
Werebeast
Zombified soldiers that are barely capable of holding weapons. Used as dispensable cannon fodder.
Relatively slow but packing a little punch with miniguns.
Controller
The big daddies of the robotic spiders, the Controllers are armed with powerful rail cannons and should be taken on with care.
Fairly slow, but capable of destroying a player within seconds.
Skaarj Behemoth
The heavyweights of the Skaarj soldiers, capable of using projectile fire and close-quarter melee attacks.
Moderately fast, but very powerful melee attacks.
Skaarj Assassin
The result of a Skaarj that has been raised on intense training and plenty of Luminatoq (the Skaarj equivalent of steroids) intake. Assassins are fast and deadly.
Very fast, very powerful. Avoid!
Titan
Titans are popular with the Skaarj, and it's not because of their charming looks or pleasant odour. These brutes will pound and stomp until satisfied.
Slow, but very powerful ranged and melee attacks.
Queen
When things really need killing, the Queen steps in herself. With a ridiculously overpowered ranged attack consisting of explosive orbs and a pretty nasty melee attack, this is not a monster to be trifled with.
Very slow, but that's not really an issue when you can fire a torrent of powerful energy orbs at your enemies.
Bosses
On a portion of the maps, you will come across a boss monster (or several) that you must defeat before you can win the game. As to the nature of these bosses.. well, we'll leave you to find that out yourself!
