Each creature in a 30-foot emanation other than terror birds must attempt a DC 19 Will save. Regardless of the result, creatures are then temporarily immune for 1 minute. Critical Success The creature is unaffected. Success The creature is flat-footed until the start of its turn. Failure The creature is stunned 1. Critical Failure The creature is stunned 2.
