The star reader grants themselves or an ally within 30 feet the effects of true strike. If the star reader chooses an ally, the duration lasts until the end of that creature's turn. The target is then temporarily immune to Guiding Star for 1 day.

The star reader interprets the meaning of astrological omens in an instant, determining a new fate for the ally. The triggering ally remains at 1 Hit Point, does not increase their dying or wounded condition, and gains 10 temporary Hit Points for 1 round.
