You'll arrive at a corridor that has a door on either side. Take the door on the right, go through the power station and the machine room, and make sure to avoid the guarding Hammerites. Turn right and right again and you'll arrive at a catwalk overlooking the main factory. Three Hammerites are busy at work in each individual factory area making hammers. Two stairwells lead down to their level, but you can safely observe their movements from the catwalk; they won't ever go up. You can either knock them out one at a time or sneak by them when they are at work; timing is critical in both cases. Beyond the third factory area is a small storage space that has a corridor leading to the prison level.

Two Hammerites are having a discussion about Cutty at a guard station. When they finish, one moves off, giving you the opportunity to steal his prison control room key. A sign on the wall shows the directions to the various cellblocks; Cutty is in block four. Each cellblock has two different levels, overlooked by a control room manned by a Hammerite on the second floor. The only way to get to the control room is across the open floor, but it's lined with diagonal shadows that you can use.

The guard will only leave if attacked or if he sees an intruder, so you should attack him by shooting an arrow once you're in the proper position. The control room door will open as he leaves, and then you can ambush him or knock him out, whatever your pleasure, but you'll need the key you've stolen previously to get in (The guard from the control room might have a key, as well.) The cell doors are controlled by a series of sliders on a control panel - Cutty's door is opened by the slider on the lower left. Hit it, then run back downstairs to talk to him.

Cutty is near death and has no money, but he reveals that notes about stealing the Horn of Quintus are being kept by the Hammerites in the barracks upstairs. You'll need to cross the guard area again (where guards might already be alerted to your presence) and make your way through cell block one, where the stairwell to the Hammerite barracks is located.

After a short winding corridor, a main chamber opens up on the left; both the main corridor and the chamber are frequented by Hammerite patrols, so be on the lookout. Two openings lead out of the chamber. Take the one on the right, and at the end of the corridor, take another right and go up the stairs. Move across the hallway, take a left, go into the bedchamber, turn to the left again, almost all the way around, and note the little nook where the wall safe containing the scroll you need is.
