    Return to the Cathedral, continued
After your first encounter with Murus, turn immediately to the right and drop down the broken staircase. Murus will reappear and will help you get out of the cathedral if you help him with some tasks. The map will give you a good general idea of where to go initially.

The first task is to retrieve Murus' rosary beads at St. Yora's. Head down the corridor to St. Yora's, go in, turn right, and go up the staircase. Walk to the tomb, then go through the hole in the wall. Open the door and go all the way through the next door and chamber, turn left, then right, and go inside - a chest lies in the next room and the rosary lies within. Avoid the zombies when possible, and return the way you came.

    Murus, the friendly Hammerite ghost.
Murus wants you to get a holy symbol. None is obviously and immediately accessible, so you'll have to truck to St. Tennor's. Head underneath the broken staircase, to the first door on the left. Walk through the doorway and then turn left. Go down the corridor and use the machine to create a new holy symbol. A candle you'll need for later is also lying around, so go back down the corridor you first went through and go up the stairwell. Jump to the ledge on the other side of the room, then jump and slide down the metal ramp. Climb onto the shed, then jump on the roof and retrieve the candle. Climb up back the chute and go back to Murus.

Now you need to meet Murus in the graveyard. Head to St. Jenel's, but take a left before you're there and open the gate. On the right is a gate to the main cemetery - open it and find Murus' obvious tombstone. Use the rosary on the gravestone, put the candle on the gravestone, read the prayer, and then use some holy water on the gravestone. Murus leaves you the key to the armory in the cathedral - the only way you'll be getting out.

Go back to the cathedral, and go up the first stairwell you encountered, back all the way to the top again. Use the key on the locked door and pick up the goodies inside, including an explosive device. Head back down again to the garden and the broken staircase. Head toward St. Tennor's, but make a detour toward St. Vale's. On the other side of St. Vale's is the cloister gate. Place the explosive device at the gate and shoot at it from a fair distance with a fire arrow. The gates will be blown upon and you can make your escape.
