Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 7) piercing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw or suffer an additional 7 (2d6) necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns. The target creature may attempt the save after suffering the additional damage, ending the effect with a successful save. The effect ends if the target creature is the recipient of healing magic.
