A glabrezu takes great pleasure in destroying mortals through temptation, and these creatures are among the few demons to offer their service to creatures foolish enough to summon them.
Although glabrezus are devastating in combat, they prefer to tempt victims into ruin, using power or wealth as a lure. Engaging in guile, trickery, and evil bargains, a glabrezu hoards riches that it uses to fulfill promises to shortsighted summoners and weak-willed mortals. However, if its attempts to entice or deceive fail, a glabrezu has the strength to fight and win.
Glabrezu
Demon of Delusion and Entrapment
Glabrezus embody delusion and predatory guile. These cunning demons know the most effective traps are those that individuals devise for themselves. Despite having massive claws and overwhelming physicality, glabrezus excel at using flattery and misdirection to coerce victims into isolating themselves and harming others.
In the Abyss, glabrezus act as lone hunters or deceitful advisers to greater demons. Glabrezus seek routes to the Material Plane and relish being summoned by magic-users. They eagerly serve mortals while tempting them to betray their allies and indulge in hubristic fantasies. A glabrezu strives to murder its summoner once the magic-user has committed irredeemable misdeeds and the mortal's soul is surely condemned to the Abyss.

Huge humanoid demons with dog-like heads, bony pincers, and a smaller set of human-like arms
Glabrezu are huge humanoid demons averaging 9 feet tall and weighing about 1,500 pounds. They have dog-like heads with vibrant violet-purple eyes, bony pincers where a normal humanoid would have hands, and a smaller set of human-like arms with ordinary hands protruding from their chests. Their wrinkly, cracked skin ranges in color from a deep brown to pitch black.
Glabrezu prefer to tempt victims into ruin, not unlike succubi, but glabrezu lure their prey with offers of power or wealth rather than passion. Preferring subterfuge to combat, these enormous demons attack with a vengeance if their attempts to entice or deceive fail.
